Track a task
Use the task activity and final result together. A task starting is not evidence that the requested action finished.
Schedule work
Where scheduling is available, check the schedule, time zone, and connected account. Your Thomas computer and the required services must be running for local scheduled work to execute.
Remembered context
Review saved context before relying on it for a new task. Do not assume a new conversation has access to every file, account, or previous conversation.
